Today was a very tough day. Micah has been sick for a couple of days now and it is hard when you see your child suffering and all you want to do is take the sickness away. He was clingy, whiny and grumpy. It doesn't help that there's quite a few teeth coming out as well. He didn't even want his Dad to give him a bath. He cried before the bath and cried after. He cried in his sleep so I ended up rocking him back and forth until he fell asleep in my arms. This of course led to me become emotional while holding him. I felt so sorry for him. He had so much mucus in his nose that he is breathing with the mucus sound going in and out. I wish I could take it all away buddy. I am sure things will be much better tomorrow.
